Traditional Turkish Bath: Refreshing and Relaxing massage at the traditional Turkish bath in Kemer - Vigo Tours

Massage service in Kemer

Turkish bath is a 1000 years old original Turkish tradition!
Anatolian Seljuks, especially the Ottomans, became an important structure of the bath again. In Turkish society, the hammam appears as a real function. Due to the importance given to cleanliness in Islamic faith, such public bathing structures have become as widespread in Turkish society as possible. Turkish baths are mainly composed of the following sections: Dressing (Camekân), Warmness, Temperature, Halvet, Külhan.

About 5000 years ago, the Oriental body and bathing culture took its beginnings. The Turkish bath "Hamam" comes from the Arabic word meaning warm. You will love so much of full body refreshing massage as well as the peeling and foam massage in the Turkish bath (Hamam) of Kemer.

The hamam was a meeting point and a place of social events. There were many stories and exchanged news. Mothers took the opportunity even to look for pretty brides for their sons.

The body cleansing, sweating and massage are elements of an ancient shamanic ritual. A hamam traditionally consists of a warm-air space, a hot-air room with a temperature between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius, cooler rooms and dressing rooms. The steam room must never completely naked, but only with a wound to the body linen cloth, will enter the so-called.

A hamam visit is not only good for the respiratory system and blood circulation, but also brings a variety of other beneficial effects. Try a Turkish steam bath and treat yourself to a visit to the former coffee house of the women.
