See the legendary Fire of Anatolia dance spectacular at the superb Marmaris Arena, Antalya. Watch 120 dancers perform a work that goes to the heart of Turkish culture and features one of the fastest dances in the world.
Fire of Anatolia is a Turkish dance group consisting of 120 dancers, several choreographers and various technical staff. The group has performed in more than 85 countries, from the USA to China and Japan. More than 20 million people have seen them live and you can join them for this 3-hour show.
The group holds two Guinness records, one for the fastest dance performance at 241 steps per minute, and another for largest audience, an estimated 400 000 people in Eregli in the Black Sea region of Turkey.
The performance incorporates a mix of Turkish culture and historical folk dance from various areas in Turkey along with modern dance and ballet. Folk dances, ballet and modern dance were the centre of training, and stretching and yoga were also incorporated. This first period of creation lasted a year and a half. The group's dances are base on 4000 years dancing culture of Anatolian civilization. The show is colourful, rhythmic, elegant and stylish.
