Bu göz kamaştırıcı göl manzarasını seyrederek yapacağınız tekne turu rıhtımdan başlar ve Yeşil Kanyonun zümrüt yeşili sularında, çevredeki harikulade doğal güzelliklerin eşlik ettiği 14.5 kilometrelik bir gezintiyle sona erer. Bölge aynı zamanda çok nadir görülen bir tür olan ve nesli tükenmekte olan balık baykuşlarına da ev sahipliği yapar.
Göl kenarında yerli halkın işlettiği bir restoranda yiyeceğiniz öğle yemeğinin ardından yüzme molası vereceğiz.
Seyahat ettiğiniz bu ahşap konforlu teknede güverteye uzanarak rahatlayabilir ve teknede yapılacak içecek servisiyle serinleyip ferahlayabilirsiniz. Toros Dağları bitki örtüsü kuşağının farklı açılardan panoramik manzaralarını yakalayabilirsiniz.

Oymapınar barajı Türkiye'nin 1977 - 1984 yılları arasında yapılmış 5'inci büyük barajıdır. Duvar yüksekliği 185 metredir.

Der Transfer vom Hotel zum Boot hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im klimatisierten Bus ging es bis direkt vor das Boot. Der Fremdenführer hat während der Fahrt einige Informationen über den Green Canyon geliefert. Zum Ende der Bootstour gab es noch eine Badepause auf einer Badeplattform im See.
Nach Ende der Bootsfahrt ging es mit dem Bus zum naheliegenden Restaurant, welches auch am Green Canyon liegt und ein sehr schönes Ambiente mit sich bringt. Baden konnte man hier ebenfalls. Vom Restaurant ging es dann wieder direkt Hotel. Ohne Probleme.

I found the trip relaxing and enriching. I think the trip for a good opportunity not only for the people who decide not to spend an energy on organizing a tour in the nature landscape of Turkey, but it was also a very pleasant and suitable experience for the people who are not able to walk as much. As some of the tourists had visibly problems with walking and even to have a bus/a boat with less steep stairs would be a help for them. I had an idea whether it would be possible to make the trip available and more open even for the people using wheelchair and for the people using the prams. I do believe the mark of the trip "low threshold" would create the new target group monad would comfort the customers. I have 2 negative feedbacks. One is related to the globalized pop music on the boat. The other on the not clear time schedule of the day which was communicated by the taxi driver with poor English. We visited even a town Side which we did not knew was the plan until the driver stopped.

The entire trip was well organised except for a transfer in the morning where we had to wait at a petrol station for 30 minutes for our next bus to come and pick us up. That was not expected especially if you are travelling with your wife! Besides this goof up, the day was well planned and ample time given to enjoy the scenic wonders of the Canyon and the Green Lake.

It was a great tour and the scenery was so beautiful, but we took this tour in february and it was so cold. So if your planning to take this tour in wintertime be sure to have warm clothes with you, but it was so worth it.
